Psychological Thriller...Who knew?

Well I published my first psychological thriller. I didn't know how it would be or if it would be any good. Found out my editor absolutely loved it. She told me that this is definitely my genre. I do have a bachelor in psychology, minor in criminal justice, certificate in forensic science and many years working in the ER. So these helped play a good portion of writing Dormant. I didn't think I would have anymore psychological thrillers in me, but I came up with a few more stories. My editor does want to see more of the two main characters from Dormant and hope I would make a series out of it. You never know what you're good at until you try. Sometimes switching genres does help get the creative bug out. I usually do fantasy fiction so now I can add psychological thrillers to my list.
